HostyCo offers a no lock-in contract: Sign up, stay as long as you like and then depart when you like with no exit fees. We just require you to honor your remaining bookings.

Full Management
Full Airbnb Management is our bread and butter.

Exactly that, we assist you with starting your Airbnb journey, set you up for success and then take all the stress and management off your hands. Owners can rest assured that everything is being taken care of while still having full visibility of their calendars and the professional support of their two property managers.
Co-Hosting Management
At HostyCo, we know sometimes Full Management doesn't suit everyone's needs. If you're an owner with an established Airbnb or looking to start an Airbnb and you just need a bit of assistance? We've got your back. With the flexibility of our Partner Program, you'll be supported in all the areas you need without paying for any of the extras you don't!
Cleaning Service
Sometimes, it can feel impossible to find reliable and quality cleaners who specialize in Airbnb & Holiday Homes. If you're an owner who self manages their own Airbnb and you only want to employ a super star cleaning staff, say hello to HostyCo!

HostyCo believes in offering accommodation for everyone. Partnering with international booking platform Accessible Accommodation, we offer the opportunity for any of our properties to be appraised & upgraded to be Accessible friendly and list on their platform. Make a few changes within your property and we'll list you on a proven results driven platform to maximize your income.
Call-Out Service
Perfect for owners who live far away from their Airbnb property and need a one-off on-the-ground specialist who can attend your property when it needs something during a guest stay. Need toilet paper? Locked out? Tech issues? It happens to all of us and always at the wrong time. When you just need someone to go out there and sort an issue, HostyCo is your best option.

No Contract Required, this service is for anyone. You will be invoiced for our time, payment term 2 days. We do not attend potential party call outs.

Bin Service
Looking for someone to put out your bins every week? Tired of missing your collection day and thinking "I'll get it next week"? HostyCo offers a bin service to the Bellarine Peninsula, Geelong & Torquay. We'll take your bin run off your hands and ensure it gets put out and taken back in.

Invoiced on the 7th monthly for the previous month, No Contract Required. This service is for everyone, not just our management clients.
