No Lock-In Contract.
Flexibility is our point of difference! Owners can rest easy knowing they're not locked into a 6-month or 12-month contract, we want to take the stress out of it. HostyCo offers a no lock-in contract: Sign up, stay as long as you like and then depart when you like with no exit fees. We just require you to honor your remaining bookings.

Step 1#
Contact Us
You'll speak to either Emily or Helen when you reach out. We offer non-committal and complimentary income estimates of your property as an Airbnb.
Step 2#
Appraisal
To ensure we're giving you accurate numbers, we'll appraise your property either in person or online to get all the details. You'll receive your forecast and an agreement.
Step 3#
Listing your Property
Once you've signed we'll start out onboarding process, this usually takes approximately 7 days. We'll do all the setting up.
Step 4#
We Manage
Everything
Depending on the package you chose, we'll manage your property fully or work alongside you. This is what we're good at!
Step 5#
You Profit
Owners will have full visibility on their calendars with monthly statements and income sent. When we say you don't have to do anything, we mean it!

Guest Response
Your property managers are on 24/7 guest response to ensure all guests are looked after. Need toilet paper? Get locked out? We're on our way!
Guest Vetting
HostyCo has a firm no parties policy, with every booking and guest vetted to ensure good booking history and all age requirements are met.
Security Bonds
We ensure all bookings come with either a security bond or AirCover. This ensures any guest damages are covered.
In-House Cleaning
We have a wonderful team of in-house trained and managed cleaning staff to ensure every clean is 5 stars in cleanliness.
In-House Laundry
We provide laundering of all linen and towels between stays to ensure guests are welcomed with neat, clean and quality linen.
Bins
Sick of putting your bins out?
We put them out for you!
Maintenance
Every property requires maintenance every now and then, we'll organize repairs or replacements on your behalf. After checking with you first.
Lawns
Grass getting long? We'll keep an eye on it, arrange a service with owner permission and ensure its trimmed and neat for guest arrival.
Quality Checks
We check to ensure guests leave it as they found it. We check cleaning staff have left it guest ready. All the checks!

Cleaning + Linen Services
We are proud of our dedicated in house cleaning and linen team, rest assured that your property is in professional hands. All staff are trained and rostered to service our properties exclusively, with a focus on fine details, 5-star cleanliness and efficient changeovers.
Cleaning and linen are key factors in an Airbnb business; we have both covered in-house.

Changeovers can happen within the space of 5 hours between stays.
​
We charge guests a set cleaning fee that covers cleaning, linen and supplies.
​
Which means even if the clean takes longer or takes place on a weekend or public holiday, the owner isn't charged anything!
​
We are happy to clean after owner stays; we'd charge you per hour.
