Family Owned. Locally Raised.
Our Story
Founded on the Bellarine Peninsula of Victoria, Hostyco is a family-owned short-term rental business by sisters Helen Belyea and Emily Belyea. Locals to the area, we have a passion for full Airbnb management that ticks all the boxes! To deliver on the promise to provide good communication to owners and guests, a transparency about our process and 5-star quality in every aspect of management.
We want to do it all and do it well!

Double the managers, double the support!

Helen Belyea
I've spent 9 years managing holiday rentals and even longer loving the Geelong and the Bellarine Peninsula. When I'm not looking after guests and properties, you'll find me chasing fine dining, great wine and everything that makes this region so special.

Emily Belyea
I am absolutely that property manager that checks skirting boards, folds the toilet paper into a triangle and does the display pillow karate chop. Not even just Airbnb's, I do it at my friends' homes, it drives them crazy!
It's the small details that make an Airbnb a home away from home.
